Introduction
Established in 2004 with a modest beginning of 27 students, the Human Resource Development (HRD) Department at Alva’s College has grown into a pivotal segment of the institution. The department is committed to nurturing essential skills that empower students to excel in their academic and professional pursuits.
Since its inception, the HRD Department has been instrumental in shaping students into well-rounded individuals who can confidently navigate their professional journeys. Research
- As part of their curriculum students are required to undertake field study. students are also encouraged to prepare the research papers for the seminars held in other colleges.
- The faculty members regularly participate and present papers in the National and International level conferences and publish their papers in journals.
Internship
Students are sent for internship after every semester to have practical exposure in the field of HR.
Extension
Students regularly conduct programmes on soft skills to the school children as a part of extension activity.
