The IT Forum activities of 2017-18 commenced from 1^st july with 64 students. The forum coordinators along with members discussed & planned various forum activities for the academic year.  Mr. Madhuresh & Miss. Swathi shetty were elected as secretary & joint secretary respectively.

All students introduced themselves.

1. On 8^th july 2017,coordinators gave a introduction to the concept of information technology for all the students.
2. On 22^nd july 2017, the members were divided into 6 groups & group leaders were selected.Coordinators are conducted IT quiz competition to all the students of the 6 groups.
3. On 29^th july 2017, group1 students conducted the program, product launch & all other groups participated in the activity.
4. On 13^th august 2017, group 2 students conducted the quiz program for all other groups.
5. On 19^th august 2017, from group 3, Mr. Nikhil , I BCA conducted the seminar on gaming.
6. On 2^nd September 2017, group 4 students conducted product marketing activity.
7. On 15^th December, Mr. Sunil S R(HOD, Department of computer science), gave a seminar on communication skills & personality development.
8. On 23^rd December Mr. Srivathsa Rao from I BCA gave a seminar on Artificial Intelligence.
9. On 30^th December coordinators conducted a group discussion on reservation in IT industry for all the students.
10. On 6^th January 2018, Ms Indhu M, Lecturer from computer science department conducted a one hour workshop on photoshop.
11. On 13^th January 2018, coordinators conducted a discussion on power point presentation & IT modelling.
12. On 20^th January 2018, coordinators conducted a power point presentation & IT modelling competition.
13. On 3^rd February 2018, coordinators conducted a IT quiz competition for all the six groups students of the IT forum.
14. On 10^th February 2018, coordinators conducted a pick & speak competition for all 6 group students.
15. On 17^th February 2018, Mr. Dileep M R , lecturer department of computer science, gave a seminar on basics of networking.
16. On 24^th February 2018,coordinators of IT forum conducted a IT model competition for all the six group students of IT forum.
17. On 17^th march 2018, coordinators conducted a valedictory program for the students & also discussed forum plan for the next year.
