Competent managerial leadership alone can convert the disorganized resources of men, money, materials and machinery into a productive enterprise. In the absence of management, an organization is merely a collection of men, money, materials and machinery.

Management Degree in the world has exciting career opportunities. This degree finds its relevance across the world, across all sectors and all economic systems. The management programme not merely continues to be one’s academic or professional career, but it also improves one’s lifestyle and edifies one’s behaviour. It develops overall personality, it strengthens the communication skills, and it sharpens the mind to manage the various challenging business circumstances.
In fact, the management study is, now the world’s best known and most widely recognized education. It has undoubtedly opened limitless opportunities for young aspirants who are in the employment market. Department of Management: At Alva’s College, BBM course was started in the year 1998 with 14 students. Since then it has developed over the years in terms of students’ strength, academic, cultural and sports achievements.

Research

The students are encouraged to do the research. As a part of it in v semester BBA compulsory mini project work is assigned for the students.
